Common threads run through human nature, whether in romantic relationships, corporate human resources departments, or traditions of socialization. Organizational and interpersonal dynamics, I suppose — if we're looking for more of a label here. Or, the collision of psychology, membership, and Management 101.

God has provided me a wonderful variety of ways to use my study and experience in blending different personalities into negotiated cooperation. As I say on my Home Page, I'm convinced that it permeates all that we do and are.

It's also a limitless, fascinating examination — in my opinion!
