Letter of Recommendation #3
by Dell Deaton

This letter of recommendation is rather unique both culturally and in terms of where the trade show industry was at the time. Ink on the North American Free Trade Agreement ("NAFTA") was barely dry, and any endorsement — let alone one with the strength of support shown here — was unprecedented. Indeed, I think this was the only media alliance of any kind for that period between the Association of Mexican Professionals in Fairs, Expositions and Trade Shows ("AMPROFEC"), and a U.S. firm.

Dear Wendell:

On behalf of the members of Mexico's professional exposition industry, I would like to extend our endorsement to your Exhibit Mexico newsletter.

Image: Copy of Letter of Recommendation (via fax) from AMPROFECIt is important for non-Mexicans to have regular, accurate information and guidance for success in our trade show industry. I strongly recommend they read Exhibit Mexico as a good source for this purpose.

Based on your own years of direct experience with Mexican expositions, you have seen the benefits that companies will realize when they properly prepare for this market. You must continue to share this assistance with others through your many writings and seminars.

AMPROFEC is here to encourage and support your work. We welcome your readers and will be pleased to offer any help they may need.

Respectfully,
AMPROFEC

LIC. LUIS CORTES PARDO
President

Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales en Ferias, Exposiciones y Convenciones, A.C.
